| A. | If you order a product that
needs to be returned it must be done so within 30 days of our
shipment date. If you would like to exchange an item we will do so
with a reshipment fee of $5.00. All refunds will be for the amount
of purchase less shipping. Shipping charges are not refundable. There are some guidelines that must be followed to perform a return or exchange:
Items not accepted for return: All tights, undergarments, all foot items such as toe pads-spacers-etc, makeup or hair products are a final sale. All discontinued items or sale items are not accepted. We will do our best to take care of you and your returns in a fair and timely manner. We know there are times when you will need to return an item. We will review each return and respond as quickly as possible to resolve the refund or exchange. |
